Tearing down and splitting cases of your YFZ engine.
Inspecting all parts
Cleaning all parts
Checking all bearings
Complete engine gasket set (standard bore only)
Complete engine seal set
New Aftermarket crank
New clutch kit
Resurfacing cylinder
Resurfacing Head
Polishing cam journals if needed
Shimming valves
New valve seals
New timing chain
New Piston
- compression of your choice up to 13.5:1. (standard bore only)
New OEM Yamaha Cases (Left+Right)
New Aftermarket Cylinder
SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost,
including return shipping
. You can expect to pay -60 east coast, -80 west coast to ship your engine to me (these are one way cost). I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box. PLEASE ship your engine in a 60 quart Igloo cooler on wheels with the lid screwed shut. I have included a photo of the cooler for your reference.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Build time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some specialized parts may take longer to receive. Or if you want a used part (such as an engine case) I will need time to hunt it down. I do believe in prompt service and excellent communication.
