This new feature was incorporated into the LF-1000 to provide timely and accurate temperature readings. Once that
desired temperature is reached , the Set/Read button can be flipped to the"READ" position insuring a constant temperature.
CELSIUS/FAHRENHEIT SWITCH:
LOW VOLTAGE OUTPUT WITH SAFETY OPERATION:
The power unit is isolated from the AC line by a transformer and allows 32Vac to drive the heating element.
