This is a

Tip designation is
EPH103
(No. 47962).
This tip is just like the EPH101 but shorter and fatter.
This tip should fit Soldering Iron Pencils  EC1301, EC1302, EC3000 and EC4000 Series and possibly more.  (See your Iron specs. to be sure)
It is specified as a 1/32" (.79 mm)
Single Flat Tip
.  It is great for doing intricate work on ICs and itsee bitsee components.
These tips are for Weller and compatible Soldering Iron Pencils that have the EP series size heaters.
Similar tips sell for a lot at the local electronic surplus store.  You could save up to .50+ each!
