Vintage Plastic and Tin Jaquar Toy for Parts or Restoration -The friction assy on the rear wheels are frozen up. Can you fix it ? I don't see a name or when this was made on it but it appears to be rather old - I would guess maybe 70's again not sure of scale but it's about 9" long
