Vintage Julius Vom Hofe 3 1/2 "Quadruple" Reel

Completely disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, polished, re-assembled and tested. Gears all look good - just a bit dry. Works like butter now! Some minor remnants of pitting on main faceplate. Looks worse at this magnification, but is fine in your hand. Adds to the vintage vibe, in my opinion. Star washer on opposite plate re-installed incorrectly. I fixed this. All original parts intact. This appears to be a rather rare size reel in the JVH lineup. Not sure what year it was manufactured, or how many were made. Can't seem to find any pics or information online specific to this model. Someone told me it was good for bass. Excellent piece for your collection, or as a super nice user in your nearest water hole.
