Description
Vintage all original very rare and hard to find early 1930's 1930 Lucrezia Bori Golden Age Of Opera operatic music signed autographed inscribed photograph. The photos are from the estate of Dorothy Crowthers who was the Editor-In-Chief Of The Baton magazine of The Institute Of Musical Art Of The Juilliard School Of Music from 1922 to 1932. The signed photo is a matte finish sepia-style 8" by 10" photo signed in blue ink "To Dorothy With Love, Lucrezia and Rowdy 1930". It is a photo of her and her pet terrier dog (Rowdy, Bowdy ?). The photo is marked "Copyright, Mishkin, NY". The authentically signed real autograph signature displays beautifully. Bori was a Spanish lyric soprano opera singer and a fundraiser for the Met Metropolitan Opera. The photo is in very good to excellent condition with some minor storage wear and pinholes in the corners as pictured. I have more photos on auction now and will be listing many other photos from the estate some signed and some unsigned in the near future. This item is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. .00 USPS insured postage.
