APPLICATION:
1. Set the soldering temperature to t = 300-450ºC.
2. Immerse heated thorn at an angle of ~ 45º, and slowly rotate.
3. Means melts actively cleans the sting.
4. Remove the formed slag and excessive tin with moist cellulose sponge.
5. If the sting operation not recovered, repeat the procedure.

When the surface is oxidized, it becomes dark in color and it does not wet properly.
The tip refresher composed
of a mild acid removes the oxides on the tip, coats the tip with tin, and restores the wetting capability of the tip when cellulose or brass sponges or normal tinning is not helping anymore.

WARNING!

Make sure you completely remove the tip cleaner from the tip before starting to solder PCBs. If the tip cleaner
remains on the tip it may stick to the PCB and corrode components.
How to use:
1. You may attach TTC-20 can to soldering iron stand with attached double-sided tape.
2. The proper tip temperature is 300°C-450°C.
3. Dip the tip in the Tip Refresher.
At the p
roper temperature: Tip Refresher dissolves while producing minor smoke and bubbles.
At a lower temperature: Pieces of the Tip Refresher may stick to the tip. Continue to heat up for a while.
At a higher temperature: Smoke and bubbles are produced with a cr
eaking sound when the tip is dipped. Lower the tip temperature.
4. Put solder on the tip. Clean the tip completely with the sponge on the soldering iron stand.
