You are purchasing one of the parts as shown in the above picture. Nicely made injection mold plastic steering wheel that was used on a variety of Tonka toys from the 1960's and 70's. These go in to the Dodge truck interiors as well as the Mighty Tonka cab windows. I'm sure there are other applications too. I also have the rubber style available that was used in the Jeeps and other earlier trucks too in a separate listing so be sure to check for those if that is the one you need. As with anything whether it is toy parts or full size car parts, some items may require some adjustment or fitting or slight modifications for use on your specific item.
