    . Handle turns but will need a good lube and once over. Bail catches. Sometimes it flips back other times it doesn't. The part that catches the bail when you flip it opens gets stuck and is not working properly. Does show some wear from use but I think it is a solid reel. I have not opened it up. only wiped some of the dust off of it the best I could. I have too many reels and not enough time or patience to deal with them. Other questions, let me know.
