Details
The T29D001, "White Diamond" is a 26mm pure diamond dome tweeter with a patented neodymium-based magnet system. This is the ultimate tweeter for clean, uncolored and natural sound. Pure loyalty. The diamond material is extremely stiff, making it the first choice of dome materials. It works like a perfect piston up to 55 kHz. This very high frequency of resolution of the dome keeps the distortion well out of the audible range for unprecedented sound. A unique HEXADYM patented magnet system based on 6 radially magnetized NdFeB magnet blocks. Efficient ventilation and damping of all potential resonators behind the dome, the surround and voice coil. The precisely assembled copper sleeve reduces linear and modulation distortion. The fine cuts of amplification of internal sound waves with a minimum of attenuation. Together with the non-resonant magnet system, this ensures the high dynamics of the tweeter. A homogeneous, linear edging by SEAS from SONOLEX, a light fabric with high consistency and climate stability. A high temperature voice wound wrapped on a titanium suit to reduce distortion. Flexible lead-out wires that ensure a good connection between the voice coil and the terminals. This arrangement also helps avoid line breakage due to the large drift that occurs when low crossover frequencies are used. Corian front panel with a small horn for an even frequency response, maximum stability and a smooth look.
