    What you have is 2 Silver Cortez Conversions Plates placed on a Tiburon T4N Narrow 4/0 frame and spool, a custom Tiburon TB-400 handle and topped off with a pro challenger eccentric lever all aluminum.
    YES! you can fish with it, the drags are carbontex and the gear set is from a 4/0 HL reel
    I would have added a custom color star wheel with the build, however after several attempts the aluminum star wheels are too thick and rub the Cortez plate when tightened down for drag.
