PAIR Vintage PHILIPS 1" Soft Dome TWEETER AD0161/T8 speaker Belgium Working

Offered here is a pair of vintage Philips AD0161/T8 1-inch soft-dome tweeter drivers in Fair to Good Vintage Condition, not perfect, with residue from deteriorated foam tape still on the outer mounting plate (I would assume this residue could be cleaned off with Goo-Gone and elbow grease), and the tiny felt square that was originally glued to the the top inside of the dome looks like it has come off (see photo). I am not an expert on this speaker technology and don't know if this has any effect on the sonic performance of that tweeter or not.
These were removed in June 2021 from a fully tested and properly working pair of 1976 Heathkit AS-1373 speakers.
The Heathkit AS-1373 manual and their catalog lists these specs for the AD0161/T8 tweeters:
