    I am not familiar with fishing equipment or the types of reels used, but I believe this reel is Bakelite and it has a metal plaque which has Ocean City Mfg. Made For R.H. Macy. It is stamped # 250. The manufacturer was in business from the 1920's to the 50's. The reel is in nice condition considering age. Thanks for looking.
