These items are brand new from Wolff Fording & Co.  This listing is for a skirt and a flower packet.  The rose skirt is a chiffon pointed hem with 2 layers.  The skirts edges are not finished, by design so they can be cut off if you choose. It is made from polyester chiffon and are very nice
. The size is a medium child.  Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit. The flower packet includes a flower belt, strips for the shoulder straps and flowers for the hair.  The model is showing how they were designed to be worn.  Please be aware you will not
receive
the leotard the model is showing.  Only the skirt and flowers.  I do have a rose leotard available in another listing.  It does not have sequins, but the color matches the skirt
