Nicely Constructed Tiny 2" Hard Rubber/German Silver Top Hat Reel.  This reel has a very high degree of detail and is very ornate.  It is in Ex. condition all around with no cracks or chips, full unaltered foot and nice clean screw heads, it's marked "40" on the foot.  This one is a gem!!
