1 - We ship worldwide.
2 - We ship only Monday and Thursday every week.
3 - All USA packages will be shipped via US Postal Service economy shipping free of charge.
4 - We offer US Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping 2-3 business days for .
5 - Express Shipping is available provided arrangements are made in advance and the appropriate express shipping fees are paid.
6 - All International buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service First class or Priority Mail International Shipping of their items to their countries.
7 - We offer combined shipping policy to International buyers if they buy more than one dress. The combined shipping will be automatically calculated by the shipping calculator based on the total combined weight.
8 - International customers pay customs fees imposed by their countries.
Payment
1- For Items sold in the USA and internationally we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2 - If you make payment with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, please provide card number, expiration date, billing and shipping addresses.
3 - E-checks or Credit Card payment through Paypal is accepted but will not ship until it is cleared by Paypal.
4 - California Residents are charged 7.50% Sales Tax. There is No Sales Tax for Out-State or international Residents.
5 - For international sales customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Returns
1 - As a courtesy to our customers, we will accept returns or exchanges within 3-7 days from the day the item was received.
2 - Any return or exchange after 7 days will not be accepted.
3 - In case of a return, we will refund you (buyer) the amount you paid minus a 20% restocking fee and minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as "free shipping").
4 - Customer (buyer) will pay the return shipping cost for returned item.
5 - As a courtesy, if the customer decide to do an exchange we will charge a restocking fee of 20%.
6 - In case of exchange customer (buyer) pays the shipping fees both ways (we cannot give free shipping twice on the same transaction).
7 - Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc. before purchasing.
8 - We do not accept any returns/exchanges without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Please contact us before shipping your item back to provide you with the RMA.
9 - Any package without an RMA # will be refused.
10 - Please note that we do not profit from the restocking fee. It simply reduces the costs associated with returns.
11 - We only accept items in its original condition (new with original packaging), any item that has been worn, torn, damaged, smells like cigarettes, perfume, etc. will be returned back & the customer (buyer) pays for the shipping.
