essica Howard cocktail dress.  Navy blue.  Size 16.  Worn one time and hand washed.  Like new.  Bodice of dress is a light-weight floral brocade with a hint of sparkle.  The empire waist is accented with jewels and beading.  The skirt is cascading layers of chiffon.  Total of four layers to hem.  Fully lined.  Zips in back with invisible zipper.
Beautiful dress from Nordstroms.  Worn once.  All jewels and beads are securely attached.  Length is above knee.
