Jason John Bonham (born 15 July 1966 in Dudley England) is an English drummer. He is the son of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham. Bonham could play drums skillfully at the age of five, Since his father's death in September 1980, he has performed with the surviving three members of Led Zeppelin on several occasions, including the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at O2 arena in London in December 2007.
Led Zepplin gave Jason their blessing to perform this tribute to his father and them and if you have seen it you know it is a thrill and a pleasure to watch. They may not be the original but they sure do them justice.
Jason has a long list of bands, drumming, vocal and music credits to his name. He has also acted in the film Rock Star and the reality series Supergroup and was in Led Zepplin’s The Song Remains the Same.
