What you are buying:
Honda CRF 250R Engine Rebuild Service - Labor Only. Parts are an additional cost.
We offer a rebuild service for all Motocross and ATV engines. Price in the sale reflects labor only.
Dynamic has EXTENSIVE experience in building and modifying race engines for Motocross/Supercross applications.
We are generally a bit more expensive than our competitors but we offer a premium grade service and cannot afford to offer this level of quality and service for any cheaper.
Labor Details:
ALL engines that arrive to us for rebuilds will have the engine cases split, thoroughly cleaned and degreased, measured and re-assembled with the latest methods and tools. Many parts will be ultrasonic cleaned, stained covers/cases will be soda blasted, cases/cylinder/head tastefully buffed/polished, re-surface the head and cylinder and finally the engine will be re-assembled with assembly lube, grease and specific assembly oils, clearance will be measured and set. If you have any questions please message us. Youre engine will look better than new upon return!
Parts cost depends on the requirements needed for your engine. Basic parts estimates range from 0 to 00.

We choose to retain control over all of marketing through word of mouth, referral's and small online marketing campaigns which allows us to tightly control appointments, workload and quality.
Turn around time 2-4 weeks. This greatly depends on the work needing to be performed and the parts needed for completing the rebuild. More exotic style parts, CNC porting, Valve Seat machining etc. add to the rebuild time. We will be very clear and accurate with lead times once we asses what your engine needs and what work/parts you would like to have.
After your purchase:
We will contact you immediately discuss the details/plans of your rebuild before moving forward once you have purchased a rebuild.
We will provide shipping information at that time as well. If you need we will also orchestrate the shipping process for you by having engine container/box for your engine shipped to your door with a return label back to us and a UPS pickup at your door so do not need to lift it or drive it anywhere.
Shipping:
It is recommended to purchase a 60qt Igloo Ice Chest to place your engine inside of for shipping. Easily purchased online or at Wal Mart. Please drain oil from engine and remove any shifters, kick starters etc. Please use LOTS of foam under and around the engine to protect it. and place the engine in a large trash bag to prevent excessive oil spillage. We always recommend shipping an engine with appropriate insurance coverage.
Once we receive the engine, we will again notify you and proceed with tear down process. While the engine is apart and clean we will create a parts estimate with options for OEM or aftermarket and you choose what budget works for you.
Warranty:
30 Day warranty begins the day you receive your engine and will ONLY be honored by contacting us directly and communicating the issues so we can organize a return for repair. We will not be liable for any work, cost incurred by bringing the engine to someone else. We will inspect the engine for incorrect installation, running without oil, running without coolant or any other sign of improper use. Warranty will cover LABOR only if it is determined that the warranty will be covered from Dynamic. Parts will be at dealer cost.
