1. Take out of the little plastic isolation which is installed on the end cap to protect the battery.
2. Charge the battery first because it is not in full charge. Until the indicator light turn to green.
3. Hardly press the button to turn it on/off and change modes.
4. Zoom the head of the flashlight to change focus.
