Handmade Lap Quilt-Egypt/Egyptian Designs on the Fabric-Batik/Ankh/Scarab 37" Sq

Description

Handmade lap or throw quilt measures a bit over 37" by 37" square.  It has a single piece for the backing which is machine quilted.  The front has sixteen 8" squares alternating in a beige background fabric with iconic Egyptian images such as king figures, scarabs, drawings, pottery, eyes, jewelry and more.  The other alternating fabric is a blue batik pattern with images of Ankh crosses, Eye of Horus, and what looks like fans.  The border is a coordinating beige fabric.  The backing fabric (shown in the 2nd, 3rd & last pictures) has a beige and brown mottled background with images of the Eye of Horus, birds, animals, baskets and other objects.  Quilt is pre-owned, but in very nice condition. I don't see any issues.  This small size would be great as a lap or throw quilt or a wall hanging.
