    This is my favorite listing of the week.  This bowl is hand carved and not completely round.  I don't know the wood, but it is nice and heavy and unfinished.  The zebra is carved from the same piece of wood and is looking inside.  There is no id on this piece.  Measuring from the rim of the bowl to the tail of the zebra...9.5"  I think that it was probably made in Africa but, that is my opinion not a fact.  It is interesting from every angle.  I love the way the tree rings show up inside the bowl.  Perfect for collectors.  It is 7" in diameter and about 4" tall.  Preloved...but this bowl looks just right to me.
