Overview of 635 Thin, Fast Curing Rate, Epoxy System
Our 635 Resin System is a high quality resin which is popular for lamination with fiberglass, carbon fiber, kevlar or any type of reinforcement. The syrup-like consistency will generate fast wet-out and easy application of any reinforcement. We recommend choosing from the chart of hardening times above based on your temperature, curing thickness, desired working time and desired drying times.
This Epoxy System will produce a low viscosity, semi-clear, low odor epoxy that is not only ideal for layup use, but also as a sealer of porous substrates such as wood because of its penetrating power. You can easily make an adhesive, fairing putty or filler when combining the 635 Resin System with  powder fillers.
4 to 1 FAST Curing Epoxy
Our fast epoxy hardener is great for cold weather conditions or for those who prefer fast curing times at normal temperatures. It is good for fiberglass and composite layup as well as a fast cure bonding applications. The faster cure of this particular hardener will also result in a more rigid laminate.
"Mix only as much of this epoxy as can be applies in the pot life time of 15 minutes. This material will heat up and start smoking  if left in the mixing pot too long."
