As mandated by AB 1570, I'm required to have a separate letter of authenticity accompany any sports & entertainment autographs purchased.
CONDITION:
Some handling wear present with foxing, light staining, corner and border wear with tape remnant on reverse top and with wrinkling present at points. Reverse shows partial facial sketch by Caruso along with a notation in an unknown hand of "Unique Caruso & Paderewski." Overall in remarkable condition for over 100 years old. Slight toning with minimal wear to corners and edges, save any previous description.
