Prices and Delivery times are based on the Best Rate Carrier (most economical). Shipping to a commercial location with either a loading dock or forklift available.
If you do not have access to a commercial business location to receive your order don't worry, we can also ship to our Best Rate Carrier Terminal nearest you for convenient dock pick-up. The same prices and times listed above apply.
Prices based on orders up to 350 Lbs. (many Air Handler & Condenser combinations, Condensers only and most Package Units are under 350 Lbs,).
Delivery times based on paid orders received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
Our Guarantee PLUS
All Equipment and Compressors are guaranteed to function at start-up. If it does not function properly within 30 days from date received:
Purchaser may return the item for a full refund, plus an additional 10% of original equipment cost (excludes sales tax and shipping cost).
Or
If available, purchaser may choose a item from Used AC Depot inventory at a value of up to 110% of original purchase price.
The following conditions apply:
Item must be returned to the original pick-up location and in same condition as received.
Used AC Depot, at it's cost, may have the equipment inspected/repaired at purchasers location with-in 24 hours of purchaser notification.
Excludes sales tax and shipping cost.
Refrigerant Power-Train Guarantee
In addition to our Guarantee

there is a one year limited Refrigerant Power-Train Guarantee.
Should the compressor, condensing coil or evaporator coil fail with-in one year from purchased date, Used AC Depot will pay the purchaser Dollars Per Ton of cooling/heating capacity. Purchaser must return defective unit to Used AC Depot. Limit one claim per purchase invoice. Guarantee not transferable. Guarantee for Condensers, Air Handlers and Package Units only, does not apply to parts sales.
Example:
You purchase a 5 ton condenser from Used AC Depot. And let's say the unthinkable happens, the compressor inside your condenser gives up the ghost before our one year anniversary. Bring the unit back to Used AC Depot and we'll give you a check for 0. It's that simple.
