These are a hard rubber wheel/tire for use on the small streamline trucks made by Buddy L such as the Shell oil truck or Sand & Gravel dump. Mold is beginning to deteriorate slightly so it is losing a bit of the details but the side lettering says Buddy L Toys and East Moline, ILL. As with anything whether it is toy parts or full size car parts, some items may require some adjustment or fitting or slight modifications for use on your specific item.
