Solid brass except for cutting blades, measures approximately 1 inch diameter x 1/2 inch depth
Stamped Germany - not sure of maker, seen new ones made by Alvin
Used, would probably clean up nicely - not quite as bright as my first few photos - last 4 photos show more accurate color
