    Holographed original transmittal envelope in the legendary pianists hand, 5 Ave. de Jaman, Lausanne, Switzerland, his home address, August 16, 1955.  His address is engraved on the verso, not signed.
    The pianist addresses the envelope to his friend Jean van der Spek in Brussels.
