Item & Condition
For your consideration we have this huge 5.68 lb. crystal point.  The previous owner was a shamen and adament that all her crystals be sourced from Brazil or elsewhere in South America, so we be
lieve this to be no exception.  It appears to be a smoky quartz, and once light is added it glows with honey hues, consistent with a citrine.  Also easily spotted are rainbow patterns in certain areas.  There is a natural stone matrix which forms most of the base and some other areas, and many hairlike rutilated formations as well.  Please view all the pictures as some are taken without light added, and the stone requires light in order to see the inner details.  With light directed properly, it is this state in which the dark crystal comes alive with what can perhaps be described as an underwater landscape containing superheated geysers.  The crystal point is cut and polished, and measures 5.75” tall, with a maximum width of 5.25”.
The crystal point is in perfect “new” condition, it has never been damaged or altered from the cuts chosen by the original artist.  Please contact us with any questions, and thanks for viewing our listings.
