THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYED WITH RUSTOLEUM COLD GALVANIZING PRIMER COMPOUND. THE ITEMS PICTURED ARE THE ITEMS YOU WILL RECEIVE. SINCE NO ONE IS MAKING THESE ANYMORE, I FIGURED IT BEST TO PRESERVE THEM. THERE ARE SOME SCUFFS AND SCRAPES. THEY MAY BE USEFUL IN LARGE OR SMALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
