This looks like it is from the Mid 1980s as it is an iron on style patch, but not sure exact date.
Note: old patches glue strength could fade, so if using, may have to sew on.
About 3.75" across by 1.75 high and near mint/ Mint condition, and never applied.
This is a sturdy cloth sew on type of jacket patch.
This one is in great shape, this is very nice, near but not perfect..
