1900-1920's 2 ORIGINAL IRON WHEELS 2 3/4 IN. 8 SPOKE FOR ANTIQUE CAST IRON TOYS

Description

A matched pair of two original 1900-1920's cast iron wheels on their original axle for antique iron toys. Also present on the axle is the original piece of tin 3 1/4 inches long by 3/8 inch wide which has worn original green paint. Each wheel has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches & each wheel has 8 spokes. The wheels have some wear but still retain a considerable amount of their original silver paint.
There are no cracks, no chips, & no repairs. Also present is the original axle which is 4 inches long. The axle has a couple of bends. The total weight of the two wheels + the axle is 3.1 ounces. We have had these in our antique toy parts box since the 1970's & finally figured it was time to sell them.
